The club:

• has an open, non-discriminatory and up-to-date constitution

• has a management committee with defined roles and responsibilities

• holds at least 4 Management Committee meetings a year, including an AGM

• has a set of rules that all members sign up to

• has a clear and open accounts procedure

• has a qualified Welfare Officer

• communicates regularly with members

• actively promotes individual Home Nations membership

• holds at least one major social event every year
