Ely Tri Club offers excellent training to members. Sessions cater for all levels from beginners to our GB triathletes. We have a team of committed British Triathlon Federation qualified coaches delivering an excellent range training.
Sessions change through the year in line with the race calendar and seasons. When changes occur to the schedule they are posted on the Ely Tri Club facebook members’ page and via email. Generally our training schedule is as below
"There is something great about knowing Thursday nights are going to be your really hard session that helps give the week more structure: for me, it’s taken away the pressure of motivating myself to do hard intervals alone and allows me to focus more on easier or longer runs and rides through the rest of the week, although having done a lot of these sessions now I definitely feel I have the knowledge to plan and get through a quality hard session alone when I feel like it."
